Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy – PASHA Energy Ltd.

Please ensure that all items mentioned in your invoice are received at the time of delivery. If you find any missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective items, we request that you immediately return the package to the delivery personnel or sales representative on the spot.

  • Exchange Window: You may request a size or model exchange within 7–10 working days, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Used items will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Product Replacement: Upon approval of a return request, PASHA Energy Ltd. will exchange the product within 7–10 working days, depending on stock availability.
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return period. Based on the product category and its condition, it may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Please note that items returned due to “Change of Mind” or “No Longer Needed” will not be accepted for return.
  • For electronic or gadget-related issues after usage or after the return window has expired, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
  • Supporting Documents: You must provide valid documentation such as the invoice and, if applicable, an unboxing video as evidence for any return or refund claims.

Refund Policy – PASHA Energy Ltd.

In case of order cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, any prepaid amount will be initially refunded to the customer’s PASHA Energy Ltd. account.

  • To request a refund, customers must submit a claim under the refund category and specify their preferred refund method (e.g., bKash, bank transfer) along with valid account details.
  • If an order is cancelled, the principal amount will be refunded. Cashbacks, vouchers, or promotional offers applied to that order will be void.
  • The refund process may take 7–10 working days, subject to the policies of the payment service provider. Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during the transaction (e.g., bKash to bKash).
  • PASHA Energy Ltd. reserves the right to consider alternate refund channels to ensure faster or more convenient refund processing, depending on the situation.
  • No additional cashback, bonus, or service charges will be applicable or payable on refunded amounts.

Order Cancellation Policy – PASHA Energy Ltd.

PASHA Energy Ltd. retains the full right to cancel any order prior to dispatch at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product mispricing
  • Stock unavailability
  • Expiry or malfunction of product
  • Incorrect product description due to technical or typographical error
  • Any other unforeseen circumstances
